No fees for the current account associated with the share contract
- No administration and maintenance fees for the current account associated with the share contract where the 4,000 or more shares are deposited.
Free credit or debit card
- For Ahora, Después and Ábaco cards paid through the account associated with the share contract. Maximum one per account holder.
Free online and ATM transfers
- No issuing and receiving fees for transfers in euros to Spain and EU Member States plus Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland made in euros, Swedish crowns or Romanian Leu (RON), for no more than 50.000$, made with charge/credit in the current account associated with the share contract. Excluded urgent transfers, day value and snapshots.
No fees for deposits or checks
- No fees for issuing euro-denominated checks from the account associated with the share contract and for compensation and negotiation for deposits of euro-denominated checks in Spain in the account associated with the share contract.

Dividend reinvestment plan
The dividend reinvestment plan allows you to reinvest net dividends generated by certain shares in BBVA shares.
Characteristics
- Become the holder of a special reinvestment account bearing an 8% (APR 8.16%) nominal annual interest rate and free of bank expenses and fees.
- The net dividends generated in the chosen percentage by stocks selected from BBVA, Telefónica, Endesa, Santander and Repsol (may vary for each share) shall be paid into your account.
- Choose the reinvestment period: twice (semi-annual) or four times a year (quarterly).
- The reinvestment is done at market prices and is exempt of fees and expenses..The reinvestment is subject to the financial transaction tax (0,20%)
- The purchase price for the stock shall be the arithmetic mean of the BBVA share price from the dividend payment to the day of reinvestment.
- Purchases will not be made in fractional shares, and will be rounded up to purchase a whole number of shares with any expense charged against your account. Should you wish not participate in the rounding up process, you may state this in your contract.
How to sign up
- You can contract this service at any BBVA branch in Spain. The contract holder or holders will have to sign a “dividend reinvestment account” request.
- The only condition for contracting the reinvestment plan is that you have the associated stocks deposited with BBVA.

Savings plan
This plan allows you make monthly contributions of 50 to 500 euros to the special reinvestment account for the purpose os investing in BBVA shares.
Characteristics
- Become the holder of a special reinvestment account bearing an 8% (APR 8.16%) nominal annual interest rate and free of bank expenses and fees.
- Standing transfer order to the special reinvestment account against the customers current account of 50 to 500 euros each month.
- Choose the reinvestment period: twice (semi-annual) or four times a year (quarterly).
- The reinvestment is done at market prices and is exempt of fees and expenses..The reinvestment is subject to the financial transaction tax (0,20%)
- The purchase price for the stock shall be the arithmetic mean of the BBVA share price from the dividend payment to the day of reinvestment.
How to sign up
- Customers can contract this plan at any BBVA branch in Spain.
- To contract the product you must place a standing transfer order, hold a reinvestment account and a BVA stocks account contract.

Àbaco card
The Àbaco card is a Visa credit card that allows you to increase your shareholding while paying for goods and services.
Characteristics
- Become the holder of a special reinvestment account giving an 8% (APR 8,16%) nominal annual interest and which is free of bank expenses and fees.
- Purchases are rounded up to the closest multiple of 5 which is then paid into the special reinvestment account.
- Every 3 or 6 months the balance of your reinvestment accout (together with accrued interest) is used towards the purchase of BBVA stocks, at no additional expense.
- You must hold at least 1,000 shares to be eligible for this product.
- Your credit limit is 60,000 euros

- No fees for the first year
- Several payment formats are permitted: at the end of the month, deferred payment or a personalized payment (defer over 3 to 36 monthly payments).
